 3DE specialises in Ecologically Sustainable Building Design.  We work with our clients to create unique and environmentally friendly homes using passive solar design techniques and ESD principles.  Sustainable architecture is about working with the natural environment to reduce our carbon  footprint.

Our green design process uses ArchiCad software to create photo realistic visualisations and thermal modelling for our clients, ensuring they are delighted, not only with their final eco-home, but also confident that it will be healthy, save energy, costs and the environment.

Services include consulting, site assessments, feasibility reports, concept and site planning, sketch design, design development and architectural modelling and visualisation, (BIM), DA's, CC's and Complying Development Applications, liaison with Councils, certifiers, builders, developers etc.  New buildings and renovations, alterations and additions.
