Stabilspray
Is a natural spray insulation that achieves higher R ratings than fibreglass and Polyester Batts.
   Contains no harmful chemicals and is made from 100% natural recycled fibers.
   Has the lowest embodied energy of any insulation.
Stabilspray is well established in the USA but quite new to Australia

Acoustics
Noise reduction is achieved in three ways.
1. Stabilspray completely fills cavities leaving few air pockets for sound to travel in.
2. The Fibres inherent ability to trap air.
3. Its density. Stabilspray is approximately three times denser then fiberglass.
This all helps deaden the sound through walls and between floor levels.
Stabilspray is a “sound absorber”. When a “sound deadener” is added to the system cinema quality performance can be achieved

R Ratings
Due to Stabilsprays high density we achieve R1.9 in a 75mm stud wall and R2.3 in a 90mm stud wall.
A fibreglass batt will achieve R1.5 in a 75mm stud wall and R2 in a 90mm stud wall.

 A polyester batt will achieve R1 in a 75mm stud wall R1.5 in a 90mm Stud wall
