Sustainable Living in NSW

The Chimneys Sustainable Village is a residential complex in NSW with great emphasis in environmental, architectural, social and economical sustainability. Under the initiative of the owner and his partner, the complex is established as a new benchmark for sustainable living addressing a number of key issues including water, energy, food, transport and social well being.

The village is located by the banks of the Camden Haven river. Being in a prime location along NSW coast, the community enjoys great transport convenience with train, coach and airport linkages to other part of the country as well as surrounding retail, educational, medical and cultural facilities.

Our focus on sustainability is what truly sets us apart from other similar projects. We have conducted agricultural assessment, aboriginal archaeological assessment, threatened species assessment and other environment surveys before we implemented the project. We belive it takes individual efforts to lead Australia into a sustainable country and the Chimneys is a perfect example of such initiative.
