The Oceania Project

The Oceania Project is dedicated to the care and conservation of Cetacea (Whales, Dolphins and Porpoises) through original research, dissemination of information, education and net-working.

Our major activity is a vessel based long-term study of the behaviour and ecology of humpback whales in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia. We offer an Internship program in conjunction with our annual whale research expedition.
