Sydney's Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School has the ideal of 'Education for Life'. The school educates with an emphasis on the Environment and Mother Earth as a Biosphere.
Glenaeon gets involved with activities like clean up Australia Day, has a Tree planting program and is set in amongst green forestland and Middle Creek.
It is first Steiner school in Australia and was founded in 1957 with a Kindergarten of three pupils. Today the school has grown to occupy three campuses: Children's Cottage Preschool at Willoughby; Years K-3 at Castlecrag and Years 4-12 at Middle Cove.
