Cullen & Couper Pty Ltd have been in the development and environmental consulting industry in Hervey Bay since 1987. 

We originally started as a land surveying consultancy. However, our areas of expertise has expand and we now cover the spectrum of services needed in land development today. These include town planning, vegetation assessment, environmental assessment and management, geographical information systems and feasibility studies.

With an ever-increasing focus on environmental issues, we have also taken additional steps to train our employees in natural resources and environmental issues.
