North Coast Environment Council

Established in 1967, The North Coat Environment Council proudly represents more than forty member groups and individuals (from the Hunter to Tweed catchments and west to the New England Highway).

Here at the North Coat Environment Council, we aim to work to improve the environmental conservation of the of the North Coast region. This includes the landscape, flora and fauna, waters and foreshores and coasts. We also work to inspire better maintenance, environmental planning and improvement of its human amenities, and usage of its natural resources. 

We are an environmental lobby group who actively engages in community eco educational activities to encourage sustainability and environmental protection.
