Glenbar Malting

Glenbar Malting continue to evolve in more ways than one, on a relatively small scale leads us to experiment with other grains. Ie. Sorghum We have supplied Geelong brewer Gavin Gamble with organic barley malt for 2 years. The new improvements will further more allow us to contunue to provide more options for our clients.

Holgate brewing in Woodend are using our malt to produce Glenbar Lager and Swan Hill Lager - both certified organic. Our malt has been used in many other products such as whiskey, biscuits and bird seed just to name a few.

In the future we look forward to supply more micro breweries with our organic malt.
