At Himalaya Bakery and Cafe, we produce our own Sour dough Organic and Biodynamic bread using our own leaven. At the time we were the only Biodynamic certified bakery in Victoria.

We bake a range of food with the best ingredients, they are pies, pastries using organic vegetables when we could and we also introduced a range of gluten free bread and cakes.
