Our recipes come from the beautiful region of Emilia -  renowned for its pasta. Some of our pasta includes Linguine, Fettuccine, Rigatoni, Penne and some Strozzapreti, which is very difficult to find in other parts of Australia.

Working legitimately with dairy makers from the Atherton Tableland or our preferred factory in the wheat fields of Emilia to locate the best nourishment on the planet is centre to our qualities.
