Restaurant and Catering Australia

Restaurant and Catering Australia (R&CA) is the counrty's peak industry body servicing the restaurant and catering industry.  RCA is located in each state and provides a range of servie to its members.  This includes the Green Table Australia program.  Green Table Australia is an education and certification program that supports and recognises Australian restaurants, cafes and catering businesses that are doing what they can to reduce their impact on the environment.  To become Green Table accredited businesses need to meet certain minimum criteria.  Spefic information is availble at www.greentable.com.au
