Botanic Resources

Botanic Resources is a landscape design and construction company offering a range of specialised services for domestic and commercial projects. Botanic Resources was established in 2002 by David Hawkes.

David is a qualified landscape gardener, horticulturalist and designer with over 15 years experience within the industry, with landscape experience in Hobart, Perth, Brisbane and landscape designer experience in Edinburgh (UK) for two years.

Botanic Resources is an accredited member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), and is an accredited contractor for Island Block & Paving, Hanson and Strathayr Lawns.

The Botanic Resources team is a dynamic mix of landscape gardeners, horticulturists, botanists and architectural draftsmen. Botanic Resources also contracts specialists for the works in the areas of building (such as for retaining walls etc), welding and large scale excavation.

Although based in Hobart, Botanic Resources offers landscape and garden design, consultation services, drafting and construction across Tasmania and also Melbourne.

All of the landscape design and plant selection is undertaken by Botanic Resources designer, landscape gardener and senior horticulturalist, David Hawkes.
