Baliz Woof Woof Organic Whole-foods for Pets

BALIZ was named after my two dogs Blacky & Lizzy. You might have guessed we enjoy a special friendship and mutual love for each other.

In my efforts to keep my dogs healthy, I have searched and read much to find information about nutrition.

Having never felt comfortable with feeding commercial and highly processed pet foods, I was delighted to find a variety of sources advocating natural diets (for more information, please refer to our links page).

Only a few weeks after feeding my dogs fresh (and mostly organic foods), changes were noticable. Their coats were shiny, their energy levels had increased and their appetite had come back.

Having eating fresh and human grade food for over a decade, at the age of sixteen, Blacky often surprised other pet owners and veterinarians, who found it difficult to believe his age.

His coat was shiny and he was an active and brilliant example of a healthy, mature dog. Sadly Blacky passed away in September 2006 at the age of 17.

It was a difficult process loosing him and words can not describe how much he is missed. At the same time I feel much gratitude for the priviledge of having had him by my side for all those years.

'Miss' Lizzy is now 14 1/2 years of age and all her recent veterinary check-up results (are all perfect!) have re-inforced my strong belief in the importance of good natural organic and human-grade nutrition for pets (if food is not safe for humans to consume, why would you feed it to your pet?).

Lizzy is vibrant and energetic, she has no signs of arthritis, she chases her ball every day and is still known as the fastest dog at our local park!

Through the BALIZ Woof Woof organic product range, I sincerely hope that other dogs and cats will be able to enjoy the benefits of a long and healthy life.
