Organic Ticking

 “Ticking Fabric” by tradition, is either a cotton or a linen textile tightly woven for durability. Ian Mankin’s Organic ticking is a linen Union (60% Cotton, 40% Linen). The linen adds, strength, texture and luster to this gorgeous fabric. The extensive colour range follows the traditional style of muted colours on a neutral background, which makes the range very versatile. The simplicity of the design of ticking makes it a classic contemporary. The whole chain of production from farm to fabric is organic and every stage is monitored, accredited and certified by the soil association and complies with the global Organic Textile Standard.

Ian Mankin is a family run London based company, who have been creating classic contemporary fabrics for over 30 years. Up to 90% of their range is woven in their traditional Lancashire Mill.
