Hope Farm Breads is Victoria's first organically certified bakery. We specialise in producing authentic European style sourdough from the finest organic ingredients and bio-organic stone ground flours. Hope Farm Breads is located in Yarragan, a small town in Ba Ba Ba shire of the Western Gippsland region of Victoria.  

We aspire to create the best in quality, most scrumptious sourdough using organic ingredients grown using traditional methods, just as bread was intended to be made. At Hope Farm Breads, we make sure to use pure ingredients and do not use any commercial yeast, additives or enhancers to improve bread. Our bread's taste and quality speaks for itself.
