As an Australian owned, 100% Carbon Neutral business, Jasper Organic Coffee roast and blend to perfection the highest quality Single Origin AA Grade Arabicas. We accept into our repertoire only those distinctions of flavour, body and aroma that excite our palate. This selection comes from Tasting, Tasting and Tasting - sometimes up to 25 a day ! 

We are strongly committed to coffee growers and the environment through our range of Certified Fairtrade & Organic and Shade Grown coffees, each with a unique story.  We are founding members of the Fairtrade Association (Aus. & NZ) and were the first to offer Organic coffee in 1989.

In 2006, Jasper Organic Coffee completed a sustainability audit from Sustainability Victoria, which is Victoria's leading government body on environmental sustainability. This audit helped us to streamline our packaging and also to reduce water use and waste in roasting. This audit also spreaded to our retail operations. In 2009, Jasper Organic Coffee was awarded the Certificate of Green Leadership by Green Pages for businesses who are the top 10% most environmentally sustainable businesses.
