Abate Waste Services

To help increase awareness locally, Penrith Council is providing an opportunity for you to see first-hand the benefits of using recycled organics in your garden with our new Abate Waste Services program.

Penrith residents that correctly complete a Compost Quiz at one of Council's Customer Service Centres during ICAW will receive a FREE 10 Litre bag of compost made from recycled organics (while stocks last).
