So what are they? 

Hot water heat pumps are often confused with solar hot water. To clear this us, solar hot water heaters rely on sunshine for the heating while hot water heat pumps take heat from the ambient air and utilises this energy source to heat the water. 

The Quantum heat pump does not need sunshine to operate, or even a strong roof. In fact, this can run traditional hot water heaters during Day or night, rain, hail or shine. 

They are effective in producing hot water and can save heating bills by 50-75% compared to your traditional electric hot water system.

The Quantum heat pump’s efficiency stems from the fact that it requires only a small about of electricity to operate. It works in temperatures from as low as -10°C up to 40°C without the need for boosting, reducing your carbon footprint.
