Community Solar Farms

Here at Sun Up Solar, we believe a green future. We have taken involvement in many community network solar power projects because we know the benefits and impacts it will have for the years to come.

In Australia, there are many communities who are using power that is actually generated  from hundreds of kilometres away. This is mainly because our current grid system is both out of date and inefficient. Because it is generated so far away, a lot of energy will be lost through transmission and via the resistance of the wires.

We believe the answer to this problem is to invest in Community Network Solar Farms. 

Our team here at SunUp Solar is currently in the development stage of this project. We are working hard with our local councils to bring this to the next stage for communities across Australia.

The solar farm will be located close to the community. This is not only decrease the transmission losses of the energy imported far away, but it will also decrease the stress on our electrical gridlines whilst helping bring our communities to a greener and cleaner future.
