Our facilities used for the manufacturing of our organic dairy produce are Australian Certified Organic. We display the certified logo on all labeling. Today Gippsland Dairy is a leading manufacturer of Creams and yogurts. Our products can be found in major supermarket chains across Australia & can even be found in South East Asia.

We are licensed with Dairy Food Safety Victoria for the manufacture of dairy produce for both the domestic and export markets. We source our milk and cream direct from farmers who run their herds on the premium pastures of Australia's renowned dairy regions just like in the old days. 50 years later, we are still using the time-honoured processes passed down by our original Dairy Craftsmen.
